   Functional analysis package for model-based diagnosis and fault localization.

   This package provides core classes and utilities for performing functional
   analysis in model-based systems engineering. It includes nodes for representing
   functions, hardware, observables, and diagnostic tests, along with dependency
   relations between them. The package supports operating mode management and
   integration with various reasoning engines (Bayesian networks, Tensor networks,
   Markov networks).

   The package includes:
       - Core node types: Function, Hardware, OperatingMode, DirectObservable,
         DiagnosticTest, and DiagnosticTestResult
       - Dependency relations for functional decomposition and fault propagation
       - Analyzer for computing failure observability
       - Diagnoser for fault diagnosis
       - Capella model import utilities
       - Graph database integration for distributed systems
